Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their growing team, providing personalized financial planning advice aligned with client goals. The role involves supporting Wealth Advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational needs are met with precision and care.ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate, timely service to advisors and clients with a “one-contact resolution” mindset, taking full ownership of issues through final resolutionServe as the primary liaison among custodians, the operations team, advisors, and clients, providing end-to-end operational support including account openings, maintenance, asset transfers, money movement, required documentation, and proactive follow-through on client- and advisor-initiated requestsAct as a strong advocate for our clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their requests and needsManage and prioritize multiple advisor and client requests across email, Microsoft Teams, phone, and Salesforce while providing excellent serviceMaintain clear, proactive communication with advisors and clients, providing timely updates and managing expectationsEnsure precision and consistency in processing requests and transactions, recognizing the importance of accuracy in a fiduciary environmentSkillsBachelor's Degree with 1+ years relevant experience (including internships)Strong self-initiated follow-through, time management, and problem-solving skills, with consistent accuracy and careProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and proven ability to learn other software and technologyClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client information and financial transactionsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaborativelyStrong interest in financial planning and investments, with a desire to grow and develop in the roleSalesforce experience preferredBenefitsAnnual cash bonusMedicalDentalVisionLife insurance401(k)Company OverviewFocus Partners Wealth is an organization of wealth, asset, and business management resources that brings strength, innovation, and partnership to client relationships.
