Client Service Associate

Alera Group, Inc. is one of the largest and fastest-growing independent insurance and financial services firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to support their Property & Casualty team in delivering high-quality service to clients. This role involves assisting Account Managers and providing operational support to maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests Assist with claims tracking and related reporting Provide backup support for phones and front desk when needed Participate in training and team development sessions Skills High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related roles Familiarity with systems such as AMS360 Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life and disability coverage 401(k) Generous PTO Company Overview Alera Group is a growing leader, reimagining the complex risk management, insurance and financial services delivery experience through intentional collaboration connecting clients to holistic solutions that protect and grow all they value most.
