Lead AI Developer
About the role We’re looking for a Lead AI Developer with a strong background in Python and React.js, and a passion for building cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you’ll lead the development of innovative applications leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, including HenAI LLM models and intelligent agents. If you have 8+ years of experience, a solid foundation in AI/ML concepts, and a drive to shape the future of AI-powered solutions, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will: • Work as a senior developer to develop AI solutions. • Developing solutions using GenAI LLM Models, Agents • Expertise in Python programming Fundamental understanding of AI/ML models and prompt engineering • Knowledge of SDLC processes, CI/CD Pipelines, and container orchestration Work model: Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $98.500 - $115.500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
