Travelers Cos. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. • *Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Support:**
- Provide first-line support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in navigating our products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Address and resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

2. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions through the company’s CRM system.
- Document feedback from clients and identify areas for service improvement.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall client experience.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service processes and workflows.

4. **Problem Solving and Creativity:**
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address client concerns and proactively offer solutions.
- Develop and implement new strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

5. **Follow-Up:**
- Perform follow-up calls and emails to ensure clients receive the support they need and to gather additional feedback.
- Ensure that client issues are tracked through to resolution, providing ongoing communication and updates as needed.

6. **Professional Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance understanding of company products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service.
• *Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, internships, volunteer work, or relevant coursework is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.
- **Personality Traits:**
