About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients—building trust, driving satisfaction, and helping clients achieve long-term success. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience at every stage of the journey.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and manage strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns
• Track client interactions, feedback, and progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate on strategy to improve retention, loyalty, and overall experience
• Support onboarding and renewal processes with a focus on clear communication and efficiency

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in client services, account management, or customer success preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (training and support provided if applicable)
