In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and communication to our clients. Responsibilities include...
 Fielding client questions and inquiries related to accounting, products, pricing, and processes. You will use your problem-solving skills to address issues of varying complexity and prevent escalations.
 Guiding clients through product and service changes, explaining pricing, and following up on resolutions.
 Processing client terminations with care and empathy.
 Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a portfolio of small business clients across industries. You'll develop an understanding of client business models to provide tailored solutions.
 Advising on best practices for client communications and service.
 Supporting other teams (onboarding, maintenance, tax) as needed.
 Contributing to department and company projects.
Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
 3+ years experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a multi-client environment
 3+ years in a client service role handling varying complexity
 QuickBooks online proficiency/certification a plus
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement
 Comfortable working autonomously from a home office
