We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to help guide and educate our clients on all aspects of ButterflyMX in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and a commitment to providing exemplary collaboration with internal and external parties is a must. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also excelling in collaboration with team members and other departments. They thrive on teaching others and enjoy constant interaction with clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Responsibilities β€’ Train new and existing ButterflyMX client on all of the nuances of the ButterflyMX platform in order to help the attain maximum value as fast as possible β€’ Become proficient in and maintain product knowledge across all ButterflyMX hardware, software, and integrations in order to deliver white-glove service to new and existing clients from handoff through onboarding β€’ Understand the complexities of available integrations in order to assist clients in completing setup and basic troubleshooting β€’ Keep records updated with the current status of all clients and facilitate introductions to their Client Success Manager once the client is fully onboarded and trained β€’ Collaborate effectively across all teams as well as create an atmosphere of trust and open communication. Requirements β€’ Experience: β€’ Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or technical support. β€’ Experience in onboarding clients for a technology or software company is a plus. β€’ Knowledge of the multi-family industry and/or Proptech is a plus β€’ Customer Service Orientation: β€’ Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. β€’ Patience and empathy in handling client concerns and feedback. β€’ Proactive approach to client satisfaction and success β€’ Communication Skills: β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. β€’ Strong presentation skills in a virtual setting. β€’ Ability to convey complex information in a simple and understandable manner. β€’ Interpersonal Skills: β€’ Outgoing and personable demeanor. β€’ Strong relationship-building skills. β€’ Ability to engage and connect with clients effectively. β€’ Technical Proficiency: β€’ Solid understanding of technology and software applications. β€’ Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic technical issues. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Vitally), project management tools (Trello) and other relevant software desired β€’ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software. β€’ Problem-Solving Skills: β€’ Analytical thinking and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. β€’ Creative approach to overcoming challenges during the onboarding process. β€’ Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them. β€’ Team Collaboration: β€’ Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. β€’ Willingness to share knowledge and support team members. β€’ Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams. β€’ Personality Traits: β€’ Highly motivated and self-driven. β€’ Positive attitude and a team player. β€’ Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
