Position Summary

We are currently welcoming motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Client Experience Travel Consultants. In this role, you'll assist travelers by helping coordinate trip details, guiding them through the planning process, and ensuring each experience is organized with care and accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, goals, and scheduling needs

Assist with organizing travel arrangements including hotels, flights, transportation, cruises, and activities

Research and review travel options using approved supplier and reservation platforms

Provide updates related to booking progress, confirmations, and itinerary timelines

Respond to client questions through phone, email, and digital communication systems

Help coordinate itinerary modifications, special requests, and follow-up support

Maintain organized records and accurate documentation within internal systems

Participate in onboarding programs, virtual trainings, and ongoing development sessions
