Role Description This position will be remote and require candidates to work up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $28-$33/hour. • Manage payout calculations for assigned commissioned roles. • Support calculations for additional roles as required. • Learn and understand the most common reasons for commission disputes and exceptions. • Independently resolve common dispute ticket types with professionalism and accuracy. • Assist with the migration to a new compensation tool, including parallel testing, documentation gathering, and other implementation activities. Qualifications • 1-2 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, or sales strategy. • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, logical formulas). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
