About the Role

We're currently adding new members to our remote team and are seeking dependable, people-focused individuals for the Client Care Vacation Advisor position. In this role, you'll assist clients as they prepare for upcoming travel experiences by helping organize details, keep timelines on track, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a home-based environment. No previous experience in travel is required training and guidance are provided to help you succeed.

What You Will Do

Connect with clients to understand their travel plans, preferences, and timing

Help organize key details such as reservations, confirmations, and scheduling steps

Provide timely updates so clients stay informed throughout the process

Keep planning tasks on track from initial request through completion

Respond to questions using email, phone, and online communication tools

Assist with coordination support as needed to ensure a smooth experience
