Key Responsibilities

  • Manage foreign worker administrative matters, including but not limited to Work Permit applications and renewals, six-monthly medical examinations (6ME), and updating personal particulars with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Support the preparation and submission of Airport Pass applications for work pass holders.
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure compliance with airport security and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for housing inspections and ensure alignment with prevailing housing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date foreign employee records in HR systems and trackers.
  • Provide administrative support for Foreign Worker Management initiatives and projects under the Human Capital team.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Carry out responsibilities with a continuous improvement mindset, including supporting efforts to streamline workflows and adopt automation where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • Possess a Higher Nitec in any discipline
  • Independent, driven, and resourceful team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates with Power App and Power BI experience will have an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
