**A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our healthcare support services. You'll work with a variety of clients, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel, providing exceptional customer service and support. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day, using your knowledge and resources to resolve most questions on your own and supporting your team when needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, or chat
* Work with multiple client programs, transitioning between them throughout your day
* Use your knowledge and resources to resolve most questions on your own, with support from your team when needed
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
* Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions, turning every conversation into a positive one
* Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of customer service or call center experience
* Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
* Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
* Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
* Ability to pass a background check
* Excellent customer service skills
**Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:**
* Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions
* 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required
* Work-from-home call center position with opportunities for growth and development
