Claims Representative (Health & Dental)
Elevance Health is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Claims Representative (Health & Dental) to join our team. We are looking for an energetic and organized individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring accuracy in the claims process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our health and dental claims by processing, tracking, and resolving all claims in an efficient and timely manner. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should have an understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of health and dental claims regulations. An Associates degree in a health-related field or equivalent claims processing experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
Process, track, and resolve health and dental claims in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all claims and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Review and evaluate health and dental claims to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Respond to inquiries from customers, providers, and insurance companies in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date on health and dental claims regulations and industry trends.
Assist with training and onboarding of Claims Representatives.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize available resources to resolve customer issues.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Identify areas of improvement and suggest changes to streamline processes.
