Job Description
Under general supervision, the Analyst II is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired. The individual inspects vehicle damage (which may include automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and recreational vehicles), writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use.

Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto Complex. To meet our customers needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Atlantic Standard Time) Accountabilities: Review insurance policy and coverages Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability Settle claims in accordance with organizations policies and practices. Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement Qualifications: Minimum high school education or equivalent 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies Adjusters Licence for the province of New Brunswick or willing to obtain Willing to complete a number of Chartered Insurance Professional courses (CIP) to hold the required Adjusters Licence Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy Bonus Qualifications: Fluency in French is a strong asset Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
