We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, team player, and strong communicator with a proven track record in legal research, case strategy, litigation, client representation, and courtroom advocacy. They are comfortable managing a full caseload, working collaboratively, and delivering high-quality service to clients while upholding firm values and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate legal representation to clients
Conduct in-depth research and apply findings strategically to support client matters
Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
Collaborate with colleagues, including senior attorneys and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client service and continuous development
Manage deadlines and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
Participate in internal meetings, case reviews, and firm development initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in Civil Litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce thoughtful and persuasive legal documents
Strong courtroom and advocacy experience, with confidence in representing clients in various legal settings
Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and staff while also taking initiative and ownership over your work
Familiarity with Mac/Apple products, legal practice management software, CCEF, Google Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft applications
