About the position

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team at Cambria Austin Downtown. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This part-time position requires a strong background in hospitality and the ability to handle guest relations effectively. The Front Desk Agent will greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that their experience at the hotel is positive from the moment they arrive. In this role, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out efficiently, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department. You will assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services, while also handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly. Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area is essential, as is processing payments and maintaining guest accounts.
