This role is responsible for blockchain architecture, AI integration, platform scalability, and product innovation while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires both • *executive leadership** and • *deep technical expertise** in blockchain and fintech ecosystems. • *Key Responsibilities** • Define and execute the company’s long-term technical strategy • Lead the architecture and development of blockchain-based systems and DeFi platforms • Oversee smart contract and decentralized application (dApp) development • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization • Drive integration of AI-powered solutions into financial products • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global engineering teams • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and executive leadership • Monitor emerging blockchain and AI trends and implement innovative solutions • Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and security best practices • Oversee infrastructure, DevOps, and system architecture strategy • *Required Qualifications** • 8+ years of experience in software engineering • 4+ years of leadership experience in blockchain, fintech, or financial systems • Strong expertise in blockchain architecture (Ethereum, Solana, or similar) • Hands-on experience with smart contract development (Solidity or similar) • Experience building decentralized applications (dApps) • Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and digital asset trading systems • Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into fintech products • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities • *Preferred Qualifications** • Experience scaling and managing global engineering teams • Background in digital asset exchange or trading platforms • Knowledge of blockchain cybersecurity best practices • Experience with tokenomics and protocol design • Experience working in fully remote, distributed environments • *Work Environment** This is a • *fully remote** position.
