The Clinical Systems Analyst I – Willow Ambulatory supports pharmacy informatics and electronic health record operations, optimizing functionality and workflows while providing end-user support and education. This remote role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance pharmacy technology operations and improve patient experiences.ResponsibilitiesInteract with end users to define problemsCoordinate and conduct education and end user training programs to ensure systems are utilized as designedAssist with end user documentation development or a permanent reference for clear, concise informationProvide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle with direction from the Lead AnalystSkillsBachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of applicable hospital/major medical center/major clinical information system experience OR High School Diploma/GED, one year of relevant experience and four years of healthcare IT experience OR and one year of relevant experience, plus an additional two years of healthcare IT experience can substitute for work experienceExperience typically supported by a license in a medically related field, such as Nursing, Pharmacy Assisting, Medical Assisting, Medical Technology or EMTTechnical certification for certain departmentsFamiliarity with the processes and procedures related to healthcare regulatory agenciesIn-depth knowledge of clinical theory and practiceFor Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certificationEpic Willow Ambulatory Certification/ProficiencyBackground in outpatient/community pharmacy workflowsCompany OverviewCleveland Clinic is a non-profit medical center that combines clinical and hospital care with research and education.
