If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.About The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will focus on enhancing company-wide strategic initiatives and optimizing operational effectiveness to support our rapid growth and steer the company through its next phases of expansion. This role will “wear many hats” and requires thorough problem-solving across a variety of areas within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the CEO and other executive leaders to define long-term strategic goals and develop clear operational plans to achieve themManage and prioritize key projects and initiatives, aligning resources and timelines across departmentsMonitor the execution of strategies, evaluating performance against set goals and timelines, and adjusting strategies as needed based on operational feedback and market conditionsWork with teams to improve our best practices, lean process flow, and patterns of behaviorDevelop frameworks for assessing new business opportunitiesGather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to make informed operational decisionsOwn communications from the CEO’s office to internal and external stakeholdersAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirementsExperience as a founder or in a strategic role within a high-growth environment or consultingDemonstrated strong problem-solving skillsFast at executionEntrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibilityFlexible, adaptable, willing to get hands dirty, collaborative Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
