Aescape is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead strategic financial planning and capital management as we scale our operations globally. In this role, you'll collaborate across the organization to support our mission of revolutionizing the wellness industry through autonomous human-robotic interaction. What You’ll Do Lead the company’s financial strategy, including operational planning, fundraising, debt and capital management.Partner with the Executive team to provide insights and foresight into long term planning.Provide analysis and forecasts of company performance, cash flows, and growth opportunities to CEO and the Board of DirectorsSupport the company’s expansion across the U.S. and internationally.Oversee and develop the finance, accounting, and legal teams.Identify and implement strategies to drive financial efficiency, risk management, and scalability.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners.Ensure financial policies and procedures support a rapidly growing organization while promoting transparency and accountability.Maintain financial compliance with all regulatory and commercial requirementsWhat You’ll Bring10+ years of senior financial leadership experience 2+ years as CFO or VP of Finance, ideally within a publicly traded company, including IPO preparation and execution experience.A solid understanding of GAAP.Experience raising capital for growth-stage startups.Ability to collaborate with technical teams to align financial strategy with innovation goals.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.Nice to HaveExperience in hardware or robotic start-up experience, preferred but not required.Background in consumer products or retail operations.International expansion experience (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) Proven experience securing and managing credit facilities and loans.Familiarity with financial compliance in highly regulated industries like medical devices.What’s In It For You Join a trailblazing tech company anticipated to transform the massage industry.Making a difference with a product that empowers healthier and happier living.Free massages in NY and SF HQ!An environment that empowers individuals, emboldens teams, and rewards achievement.Early stage equity in a company led by serial entrepreneurs with multiple exits.Medical, vision, and dental insurance covered by us.401k with an immediate vesting of company match.Unlimited vacation, generous parental leave.Working late?
