Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
3. Passion for helping customers and providing top-notch support.
4. Confidence in handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude.
5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
6. Proficient in using chat communication tools and software.
