Providing friendly and efficient chat support to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.

Utilizing chat tools to ensure seamless communication and quick responses.
Making personalized recommendations and upselling products where appropriate.
Diving into data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

1-2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
Excellent written communication skills that engage and inform.
Ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
Solid computer skills, navigating different platforms with ease.
Passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Flexible schedule availability to support our dynamic customer base.
