**Responsibilities**
As an experienced Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately inputting and updating data into our company database
* Performing regular data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
* Generating periodic reports based on data entries and client requests
* Coordinating with different departments to resolve data discrepancies
* Assisting in the development of improved data entry processes and practices
* Providing administrative support as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
