The Hershey Company is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Officer to join our growing team. • *Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries through live chat. Ensure all interactions foster a positive customer experience and align with Hershey’s brand values.

- **Problem Resolution:** Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and refund requests. Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

- **Information Dissemination:** Educate customers on product features, promotions, and company policies. Ensure customers are informed about updates and changes that may affect their experience.

- **Data Management:** Accurately document customer interactions in our database, capturing relevant details to ensure continuity of service and tracking trends in customer feedback.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other customer support representatives, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.

- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and report customer feedback and experiences to team leads, helping to identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes.

- **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about Hershey’s products, services, and promotions. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• *Requirements:**
• Education & Experience:*
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer support or related role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing education in relevant fields considered an asset.
• Technical Skills:*
- Proficient in computer usage and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications while engaging with customers in real time.
• Personality Traits:*
- **Independent:** Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative to resolve customer issues without extensive supervision.
- **Motivated:** Driven to meet goals and deliver high-quality service, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
