Booking.com is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to assist customers with booking inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing general information about our... services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and ensure a consistent level of service across all regions
- Adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities to provide a personalized and efficient service experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
