[Remote] Test Administrator

They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to administer and proctor assessments for a large manufacturing client in the Liberty, NC area.ResponsibilitiesConsistently reads orientation, assessment, and closing scripts to group of participants according to standardized proceduresConduct role-play, computer-based, paper/pencil, and hands-on assessments with participantsTrack, enter, and confirm test-taker data using client systemsHelp test-takers understand what is expected of themSet up rooms in preparation for assessment sessionsMake adjustments in case you need to change rooms or conduct different assessments than previously scheduledIdentifies and addresses candidate unsafe behavior or misuse of test equipmentTroubleshoots basic level computer equipment and works with remote helpdesk to troubleshoot higher level issues, as neededMust be willing to stand for extended periods of time and wear personal protective equipment (bump cap, safety glasses, gloves, face mask, etc.) in accordance with facility/area policyLog assessment activity or issues and report accordinglyMaintain physical documentation and conduct basic data entryGain rudimentary understanding of the processes surrounding assessment participantsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanorMaintain an organized, clean, and presentable work environmentProvide outstanding customer service to both the client as well as the participantsMaintain the confidentiality of sensitive dataFulfill all duties with the highest degree of integritySkillsAbility to diligently monitor participantsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with othersFocuses on meeting and exceeding the needs of our customersTakes ownership of doing whatever work needs to be doneOrganized, attentive to details, and able to multitask while maintaining a quality focusAdaptable and stress tolerant, particularly as it pertains to unpredicted job circumstancesWillingness to learn and apply new informationProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience administering assessments in either education or employmentExperience in Human ResourcesCompany OverviewTalogy offers assessment, testing, and talent evaluation services including the 16pf personality questionnaire.
