Duties

Ā Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ā Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
Ā Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Ā Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
Ā Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Ā Proficient in data entry and office software applications.
Ā A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ā Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
