Chat Support Agent

Duties
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Ā Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Ā Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
Ā Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Ā Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Ā Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ā Assist in call center operations as needed, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently.
Ā Support customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Experience
Ā Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Ā Proficient in data entry with the ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed.
Ā Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ā Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Ā Familiarity with phone etiquette and best practices for customer interactions.
