Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Agent to manage real-time interactions with our website visitors. As the first point of contact, you will provide prompt and informative responses, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with website visitors via live chat, addressing inquiries about content, products, and services.
Provide accurate information and assist users in navigating the website.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to inform content and service improvements.
Collaborate with content creators and the support team to enhance user satisfaction.
