You’ll bring analytical rigour, marketing intuition, and a deep understanding of gamer behaviour to inform strategy, lead analytics for key business areas, and drive measurable growth across teams.What You’ll Do Own and lead the analytics agenda for Marketing and Growth, becoming the go-to partner to both teams and shipping how analytics informs strategic decisions..Develop and evolve a KPI framework to track performance across the funnel and enable data-driven strategies.Connect company-level OKRs into actionable, channel-specific metrics that guide performance and accountability.Optimize and automate marketing funnels and data pipelines, leveraging API integrations and tooling to streamline analysis and reporting.Analyze marketing performance across paid, organic, influencer, and community channels; identify opportunities to improve ROI and player acquisition.Work cross-functionally with product, user acquisition, and creative teams to support campaign development with actionable insights.Conduct cohort analyses, A/B testing evaluations, attribution modelling, and customer segmentation to inform decisions.Forecast player growth, campaign outcomes, and marketing spend with statistical models and business intuition.Deliver compelling, data-driven narratives to stakeholders to support go-to-market strategies, content launches, and major updates.Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, fostering best practices and raising the analytics bar across teams.What you'll need ✅7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in gaming, mobile apps, or digital entertainment.Strong proficiency in tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, tracking systems, and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment through data-driven recommendations.Experience with performance marketing and marketing experimentation.Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving marketing and product challenges.Excellent communication skills – you can translate complex data into actionable strategies.Bonus Points Experience with CDPs like Segment, mParticle, or similar.Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.Experience with influencer and social media marketing.Experience leading analytics initiatives across multiple business areas, not just marketing.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behaviour and gaming communities.Passion for audio, music, recording or sound.Hiring Process ⚙️1️⃣ Talent Acquisition Call – Get to know Voicemod and share your background (45 min).2️⃣ Technical Interview – Showcase your skills in a technical conversation (Up to 90 min).3️⃣ Cross-functional Interview – Deep dive into your experience and cross-functional collaboration (60min).4️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – A conversation about soft skills, ways of working and role expectations (60 min).⚡ Don't meet 100% of the criteria?Studies show that many people—especially from underrepresented backgrounds—tend to apply only when they meet every requirement.
