VIP Responsibilities • Bespoke Catering & Provisioning: Coordinate with high-end caterers and FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) to ensure specialized dietary requirements, sports nutrition plans, and premium beverage selections are loaded and impeccably presented. • Absolute Discretion & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger manifests, team strategies, and VIP behaviors. Enforce strict security perimeters while aircraft are parked at private terminals. • Enhanced Safety Oversight: While service is highly customized, safety remains non-negotiable. You will conduct tailored safety briefings for teams and executives, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations in a non-traditional cabin environment. • Logistics & Concierge Coordination: Work closely with team travel managers, ground transportation, and flight dispatchers to ensure seamless transitions from the tarmac to the hotel or stadium. • Cabin Detailing: Take ownership of the aircraft interior, ensuring the cabin is flawlessly clean, stocked with specific requested amenities, and perfectly staged prior to passenger arrival.
