Channel Sales Manager
As a Channel Sales Manager , you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. You will build trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives at key partners and customers while expanding our footprint through software solutions. This role offers high visibility, strategic ownership, and the opportunity to shape how Epicor grows through its channel across the region. What you 'll do • Establish strong partner executive relationships and leverage partner capabilities to facilitate significant growth in Epicor opportunities via services and additional software needs within EU countries. • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. • Identify and develop new channel partners. • Create strategic sales plan on an annual basis and review status at the end of each quarter. • Research and build a pipeline of strategic and alliance partners to continuously prospect. • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements. • Identify, recruit and support distributors and resellers. • Remain up-to-date with industry development and lead implementation of new processes as a result. What you'll likely to bring • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and navigate sensitive or complex stakeholder situations. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. • Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills. • Solid technical proficiency, including MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools. • Proven negotiation skills with partners and commercial stakeholders. Qualifications • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience. • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
