We are strengthening our indirect sales ecosystem and are looking for a dynamic Channel Manager LATAM to accelerate growth with and through our partner network.

Your Mission
As our Channel Manager LATAM, you will shape and grow Agfa HealthCare’s partner landscape across the region. You maximize the performance of existing partners while developing strong new alliances — with a special focus on Brazil and Colombia, both key strategic markets.
You ensure our partners are equipped, enabled, and motivated to promote and sell Agfa solutions successfully. By working closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Marketing, you drive pipeline creation, guide deal execution, and expand our footprint in Latin America.
Your ultimate goal? Boost regional revenue, strengthen market penetration, and deliver sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue targets.
Achieve sales and profitability objectives for Agfa HealthCare products and services.
Execute the regional channel strategy and drive revenue growth through partners.
Provide ongoing enablement, training, and commercial support to boost partner productivity.
Build strong executive and operational relationships within partner organizations.
Support partners throughout the entire sales cycle — from pipeline creation to deal closure.
Track and assess partner performance using defined KPIs; implement improvement plans when needed.
Ensure full alignment with Agfa’s portfolio, value proposition, and go‑to‑market priorities.
Facilitate smooth cooperation between partners and internal teams (Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics).
Identify new opportunities to increase regional market penetration and revenue.


What You Bring
Education
A degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience

5–8 years in sales, channel management, or business development — ideally within healthcare IT, medical technology, or related industries.
Proven experience operating across multiple countries and working with cross‑functional teams.

Skills & Competencies

Strong ability to manage and grow strategic partner relationships at all levels.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Experience creating joint business plans and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
Understanding of indirect sales models and partner‑driven go‑to‑market strategies.
Familiarity with complex solution selling in healthcare IT or medtech.
Strong analytical skills to manage KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline development.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
High autonomy, accountability, and a strong results orientation.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Portuguese is a strong plus.
