What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present and communicate the value of the Auto Care program to potential members
- Collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ to drive program adoption and sales goals
- Conduct training sessions for local sales teams on program utilization
- Provide exceptional customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers through regular visits
- Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve business growth objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in standard corporate productivity tools (Qlik, PowerBI, MS Office, CRM applications)
- Must be in current role for at least six months and meet performance expectations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and communicate effectively
- Experience in strategic decision-making and customer success initiatives
