Envision yourself at Barracuda: The Channel Business Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Barracuda’s key partners, guiding them to position Barracuda’s products and solutions appropriately, setting strategic sales growth goals in collaboration leadership. They implement policies to optimize channel operations and leads initiatives to enhance partner performance and satisfaction.What you’ll be working on:Build and maintain strong relationships with Barracuda’s strategic partners and industry influencers to identify and develop new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including channel leadership, to support strategic goals and ensure alignment with the company’s vision.Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for assigned partners, clearly articulating the value of Barracuda’s platforms and services.Educate and enable partners on how to position and sell Barracuda products effectively through training, presentations, and ongoing support.Lead cross‑functional coordination for partner‑focused initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and satisfaction.Partner with marketing and sales teams to support the execution of large‑scale campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the channel ecosystem and contribute recommendations that support innovation and competitiveness.Provide strategic support to the channel sales team by managing key accounts, developing retention strategies, and ensuring partner success.Own and actively manage a partner‑led (MSP) pipeline, ensuring strong deal hygiene and accurate forecasting.What you bring to the role: 5+ years of relevant experience preferredBA/BS degree; or equivalent work experienceChannel experience required; MSP experience a plusCustomer Success/Partner Success preferredCybersecurity or related industry experience strongly preferredProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools - Salesforce or similar CRM experience is strongly preferredPartner Relationship ManagementExcellent presentation, verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyWhat you’ll get from us A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
