Change Planning Analyst

They are seeking a Change Planning Analyst to provide insightful analysis and recommendations for leadership teams, utilizing various sources of information to support business decision-making and improve performance. Responsibilities Financial and headcount reporting including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence and commentary People planning, including capability, engagement and communications Engaging and influencing stakeholders to make sure that the best outcomes are delivered for the business Delivering recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance Reviewing relevant MI and providing ad-hoc analysis of data Skills Experience of working in a support role Excellent knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of the business Experience working in a contact centre resource planning function Ability to accurately model future staffing requirements using supply vs demand planning to ensure optimal service levels and operational efficiency A broad background of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels preferably in a resource planning environment Ability to support the change process by completing impact assessments to size the resource, cost and benefit requirements Proficiency in excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to use information to develop creative value add solutions An inquisitive mind with a keen eye for detail Benefits Hybrid working Flexible hours Company Overview As the independent industry body promoting effective resourcing and planning in the contact centre industry It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Stockport, Stockport, GBR, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
