The Opportunity Develops targeted and actionable change management plans, which includes communication and stakeholder engagement plans, resistance management plans, and training plans. Apply change management frameworks and methodologies to develop change management plans and communication strategies. Works with project teams to integrate change actions into the actual overall project plan and strategy. Works with project team members to formulate particular activities and plans to support the project implementation. Performs comprehensive change impact assessments including validation, summary, and analysis of changes captured. Completes stakeholder assessment and analysis to understand stakeholders impacted and identify readiness needs. Identify potential stakeholder risks and anticipates resistance, developing specific plans to address or mitigate their concerns. Conducts readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in an easy-to-understand and logical manner. Develops key messaging and delivers communications to targeted audiences. Develops PowerPoint decks and other change management materials, as needed. Supports training development (training assessments, training strategies, and training plans). Facilitates meetings and focus groups as part of assessment, validation, and training exercises. Identify, designs, and implements feedback channels; gather and synthesize feedback to incorporate into improvement plans. Designs and activates reinforcement mechanisms and ways to celebrate successes. Supports development of sustainability plans and ensures successful handoffs are complete upon project completion. Provides planning and logistical support for programmatic events, including planning and support for Change Champion networks. Provides subject matter expertise to facilitate change programs to support change readiness, resistance management, change leadership, and change sponsorship. Manage the change management project task list. Manage change management documentation. Provide scheduling support for change management activities. Requirements • Five (5) years of change management and communication experience required. • Bachelor’s Degree required. • Knowledge of various change management principles and methodologies. • Ability to conduct detailed change impact assessments and facilitate validation processes with subject matter experts. • Ability to identify stakeholder needs and build strong working relationships across the project team. • Experience designing training for systems implementations. • Excellent writing, research and analysis, editing, and proofreading skills. • Clearly communicates change objectives and impacts; actively listens to concerns and adapts messaging based on audience needs. • Understands organizational and team dynamics; tailors change approaches to fit cultural and team norms. • Maturity to strike a balance between showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others. • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Organized, strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet established deadlines. • Demonstrated ability in designing and facilitating meetings and workshops. • Strong work ethic and interpersonal and presentation skills. • Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail with accountability and accuracy. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). • Ability to maintain flexibility within a highly collaborative work environment. Nice-to-haves • Change Management certification or education preferred, e.g., PROSCI or Master's Degree required. • Prior experience with designing and implementing change programs that involved large-scale people, process, and technology changes, recruiting or HR specialization preferred. • Experience with Oracle HCM and Asymbl, or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
