Role Overview
UP.Labs is searching for a visionary CEO with a successful track record in leading SaaS platforms, particularly in maintenance for commercial airlines. As the CEO, you will have end-to-end control of your portfolio company, shaping product strategy, go-to-market plans, and team growth. Required Expertise
Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms, ideally with a focus on airline operations.
Proficiency in complex optimization, data science, and/or AI/ML for transportation or logistics-related applications.
Deep understanding of airline maintenance and a strong industry network.
Experience with SaaS deployment and implementation at scale for complex organizations.
Passion to disrupt and improve commercial aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company operations, product development, and strategy.
Lead go-to-market efforts across multiple geographies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Manage P&L, define essential KPIs, and build a high-performing team.
