Job Summary:
You will provides exceptional customer service while assisting with retail sales, package processing, and operational tasks. This role requires strong computer skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to perform various duties in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Center Associate:
ā¢ Receive and process packages efficiently
ā¢ Operate copiers, fax machines, and registers
ā¢ Advise customers on products and services
ā¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
ā¢ Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
ā¢ High school diploma or GED required
ā¢ Strong computer skills
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Outstanding phone etiquette
ā¢ Reliable, punctual, and responsible
ā¢ Ability to lift 40+ pounds
