The Role: Category Assortment Senior Specialist As a Category Assortment Senior Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy for DashMart's newest brands. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, supply chain specialists, menu specialists, and local operations to drive business success. Your expertise will help identify innovative assortment opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and foster strong vendor partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Assortment Optimization: Help identify and curate innovative products for DashMart's catalog, ensuring high menu integrity and customer satisfaction. Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies for strategic brands, driving business expansion and revenue growth. Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote DashMart's products and services, and own post-campaign reporting to measure success. Vendor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and market insights to inform assortment decisions, optimize product offerings, and drive business growth. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or supply chain management, is preferred. Ownership Mentality: You should have a strong ownership mentality, with a proven track record of taking initiative and driving results. Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, is required. Attention to Detail: You must be extremely detail-oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
