At Catalis, we are committed to leveraging technology to make government interactions simpler, faster, and more accessible.The OpportunityAs a member of the Catalis pre-sales team, you will be responsible for providing the critical solution, technical, and industry knowledge to help support, generate, and develop new sales opportunities. You will deliver value to our customers, secure revenue growth, and grow Catalis customer trust.This is a high-impact, highly visible role within the Tax and CAMA vertical and the Catalis enterprise solutions engineer team. The individual will play a critical part in driving the growth of our enterprise CAMA solution, related products and subscriptions by delivering exceptional consultancy and technical support. While primarily partnering with the sales team, the role also involves close collaboration with product management, product development, marketing, customer success, and support to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to earning new business in the marketplace.What you Will DoPartner with the sales team to plan, create, develop and deliver CAMA demonstrations to potential and current customers to prove and confirm the value of our solutions and how they can meet their specific needs.Engage with prospects to understand specific needs/problems and lead/contribute to the development of appropriate technical solutions.Identify bundling opportunities during the sales cycle to increase revenue.Build customer relationships and business plans to create opportunities and improve product sales.Manage and execute technical workshops and proofs of concept.Work closely with sales and customer success to identify opportunities and provide RFP response and technical support, advice and coaching.Collect customer feedback for product enhancement.Provide recommendations for new product development and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.Support customer queries on product selection and capability.Stay up to date on Catalis’ technologies and new features as well as competing tech.Identify product partnerships and integrations that elevate Catalis offerings and deliver increased value to our customers.Train and coach internal teams as necessary.
Requirements
