Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions with precision.
Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Assist in supervising junior staff members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change accurately.
Promote sales by actively engaging with customers and suggesting additional products or services.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services offered.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
