[Remote] Staff Software Engineer

This role involves taking ownership of major parts of the codebase, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of critical features for their platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and ship cutting-edge products and features at lightning speed without compromising on qualityDrive continuous improvements in our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale both our codebase and team productivityCollaborate with colleagues across product, design, engineering, and analytics to solve challenging and impactful problems in a data-driven experimentation cultureContribute to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrationsMaintain and elevate our existing codebaseWrite clean, fully-tested, high-performance code that sets the standard for excellenceSkillsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience4+ years experience with our tech stack (React, Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Amplitude), including Mobile Engineering experience (React Native)Do your own stunts and ship fast. You like to build and ship new things, can independently take a project from idea through implementation, and run toward hard problemsThink work should feel like play.
