Cashier and Customer Service

• Overview* We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to assist customers with their purchases and inquiries. *Duties* - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Supervise and support other team members when needed *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred - Proficiency in cash handling, including operating a cash register - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally - Basic math skills for retail transactions - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of retail sales techniques - Familiarity with stock... management procedures - Excellent phone etiquette Join our team and enjoy a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
