This programme is designed for early-to-mid-level professionals who want to transition into sustainability or align their careers with climate action.
What you’ll get
Participants in the program will gain:
✅ 1:1 career coaching with sustainability professionals
✅ Networking opportunities with a peer cohort and senior leaders across climate industries
✅ Support with job search strategies, CV/cover letter reviews, and interview prep
✅ Guidance on building the skills and confidence needed to land a role in sustainability
