Care Assistant-Weekends

Company Description: We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across New Romney and surrounding areas. You’ll be required to work Mornings (07:00-12:00/12:00-14:00) and/or Evenings (16:00-21:00/22:00) and alternate Weekends. If you have a caring heart and a friendly smile, you can make someone’s day — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll be supporting older adults with things like : Personal care and mobility Making a meal or a comforting cuppa Keeping their home tidy and safe Sharing stories, laughter and companionship Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided) No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
