Role Overview The Capital Raising Operations & Investor Support Associate supports the Director of Capital Raising by managing investor-facing operations, data, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial information and numbers. The position functions similarly to an administrator supporting retirement plans or investment accounts — ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and operational excellence behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Investor & Capital Operations • Support investor onboarding, subscriptions, and documentation • Track investor data, commitments, and communications accurately • Maintain organized records and files related to investor activity • Assist with capital tracking, reporting, and reconciliations Administrative & Analytical Support • Prepare reports, summaries, and data requests for leadership • Support compliance and audit-related documentation • Coordinate with finance and legal teams as needed • Ensure accuracy across systems and investor records Process & Organization • Maintain strong internal controls and attention to detail • Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement • Support the scalability of the capital markets function Qualifications & Experience • Strong customer service orientation with financial professionalism • High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers • Experience in financial services, operations, or administrative support roles preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Why Join Trophy Point • Fully Remote Job Opportunity • Work with an ambitious and rapidly growing lender in a high-demand niche. • Long-term remote work with growth potential.
