The individual in this position will provide capital project management and/or project oversight for major CAPEX approvals at PBNA manufacturing locations. This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Package and Product Development, Procurement and external suppliers. This position is responsible for driving standardization and serving as a technical liaison to plants.Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $ 165,150 based on a full-time scheduleLocation, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavementIn addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement PlanQualificationsMajors Preferred : Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical EngBS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a high-speed bottling manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of plant maintenance operations. Individual project CAPEX expenditure experience should be at least $5MM Ability to travel; individual can expect to be out of the office up to 30% of the time.Knowledge / Skill Requirements : Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven capital project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in negotiating with vendors, contractors and consultants. Proven leadership in troubleshooting/problem solving in the manufacturing environment (PET Bottle and Can Lines).Understanding of finance, product/project cost tracking and reporting.Self-motivated, results & action oriented. Solid team building skills; able to manage and lead cross-functional teams.Proven experience in managing direct reports, exempt and non-exempt.Computer skills to include proficiency with computer maintenance management systems, reporting/tracking software, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.Note : COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
