Campaign and Marketing Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campaign & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and support operational tracking for a consumer kitchen trash can brand sold on Amazon, Shopify, and promoted across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with inventory, fulfillment, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has experience across Amazon, Shopify, digital marketing, content coordination, and campaign analytics, and enjoys working in an early-stage environment. Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across Amazon, Shopify, and social media platforms • Monitor Amazon Seller Central and Shopify dashboards; flag operational or performance issues • Track inventory levels, fulfillment timelines, and campaign alignment • Maintain organized documentation, spreadsheets, and performance trackers • Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, or partners as needed to support campaigns • Optimize Amazon product listings (SEO, titles, bullets, images, A+ content) • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns • Support Shopify store performance, including basic storefront optimization and product content updates • Coordinate social media marketing efforts to increase engagement and drive traffic to Amazon and Shopify listings • Support content marketing efforts, including copywriting for product descriptions, social posts, and campaign messaging • Track and analyze campaign performance using Amazon, Shopify, and social analytics; provide insights and recommendations Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central • Experience with Shopify e-commerce platforms • Working knowledge of Amazon SEO and PPC • Experience managing social media marketing campaigns • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to optimize campaigns • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills • Experience with consumer products or e-commerce launches preferred Job Details • Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week • Pay: $25-40 per hour • Schedule: Flexible • Location: Remote • Employment Type: Part-time / Contract Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
