Key Responsibilities



  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services via telephone.

  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Documentation: Accurately record call details, update customer profiles, and maintain comprehensive records using our CRM system.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails as necessary to ensure complete resolution of customer concerns.

  • Adherence to Protocols: Utilize provided scripts and guidelines to maintain consistent communication standards.

  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and share feedback.





Requirements



  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and navigating CRM software; reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are a must.

  • Customer-Centric: A positive attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Availability: Flexible to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
